this morning i did legs, butt and core for about 30 minutes and i just went for a run which was about 20 minutes so about an hour each day :) 

just did a really awesome workout!

legs, butt and core! :)

so motivated now and ready for summer!!! 

i can see my skin clearing up and my definition forming!
